IMAP is pleased to announce that Degroof Petercam (IMAP France) has advised Crédit Agricole Immobilier on the acquisition of Nexity Property Management from the group Nexity.
With about 550 staff and €50m of revenues in 2023, Nexity Property Management is a leading player in tertiary property management in France, offering a comprehensive and integrated range of services: (i) full property and technical management (ii) co-ownership management and (iii) project management and ancillary services.
By acquiring Nexity Property Management, a company specialized in the tertiary, residential and commercial assets management, Crédit Agricole Immobilier gains complementary expertise in high-rise building management and logistics real estate, along with an expanded regional presence. This acquisition aims to enhance support for institutional clients in their investment projects.
Aligned with its strategic plan to become one of the market leaders by 2025, Crédit Agricole Immobilier is now the leading institutional property management player in France in terms of revenue.
With this transaction, Degroof Petercam Investment Banking confirm its expertise in the Real Estate industry and its ability to assist major companies in their strategic acquisitions. It is the 3rd time that Degroof Petercam assists Crédit Agricole on a M&A buy side transaction in the last 3 years, after the acquisition in November 2021 of Olinn, a global leasing player, and the acquisition in March 2023 of Sudeco, a property management player.
The Degroof Petercam (IMAP France) team included Frédéric Hébrard, Pierre Compagnon and Camille Jacquet.
