The purchase of assets related to the Webházmester brand was successfully completed by the Hungarian subsidiary of InHouse Digital. The Webházmester administration and information system has been developed specifically to support and account for the management of condominiums and housing associations. The first version of Webházmester’s solutions was launched more than 15 years ago by MagiCom Kft., which has developed into one of the most widely used condominium management softwares.

As part of the Lithuania-based ICOR Group, which operates in 60+ countries, InHouse Digital UAB provides IT solutions to support condominium managers across Europe. The transaction allows entry into the Hungarian market, in line with the company’s European expansion strategy.
