Pantheon Healthcare Group is owned by Permira private equity fund.

Permira, following the acquisition of Mesa (Switzerland) and Asteral (UK), started a process of consolidation in the sector looking for an ideal target in Italy. Ingegneria Biomedica revenues were more than double of the combined Mesa and Asteral sales. For this reason, for the good marginality and for the good quality long term contracts signed by Ingegneria Biomedica, the company represented the perfect fit for their growth strategy.
