Advised Duna House, Central-Eastern Europe's largest real estate agency holding, on the tendering of shares on the Budapest Stock Exchange, a private placement of EUR 4.6 million and a public sale of shares for EUR 3.9 million.

Duna House tendered shares on the Budapest Stock Exchange in order to finance international expansion. The Company also aims to build a stock market presence that will provide the possibility of further capital in the long run.
