Addtech Energy, a business area in the Addtech Group, has signed an agreement to acquire all shares outstanding in Skyltar & Märken Gruppen AB.

Skyltar & Märken Gruppen AB is a market leader in its niche providing innovative and customized signs and traffic safety solutions for the Swedish market. Skyltar & Märken has a broad knowledge and experience in the entire value chain from design and construction, to production and assembly of signs and displays as well as extensive, niche traffic safety projects. The Group has twenty-three employees and annual sales of around 60 million SEK.

Skyltar & Märken will very well complement and develop the operations in the business unit Energy Products focusing on products for public and traffic safety and additionally add new valuable competence in the field of traffic safety.

Addtech is a technology trading group that provides technological and economic value added in the link between manufacturers and customers. Addtech operates in selected niches in the market for advanced technology products and solutions. Its customers primarily operate in the manufacturing industry and infrastructure.
