Sufiyan is a member of the Equity team at Alpen Capital and has 3 years of experience across M&A and corporate finance advisory services in the UAE.

Sufiyan currently specializes in the execution end of transactions, where he prepares financial models and valuations and transaction marketing documents. He is also a member of Alpen Capital’s research team which publishes reports across various industries including healthcare, education, retail, and hospitality.

Prior to joining Alpen Capital, he worked with a boutique merchant banking group that acts as an advisor to principals of prominent families, businesses, and sovereign entities on their corporate, financial, and investment matters.

Sufiyan holds a BSc in Economics from The Pennsylvania State University, USA and an MSc in Economics from The University of Warwick, UK.
