Riccardo has been involved in many corporate finance transactions, in sectors including Mechanical Industry, Mass Market, Clothing Industry, Fashion and Automotive. He is an expert in complex financial restructuring transactions, including pre-bankruptcy procedures.
Prior to joining Vitale&Co (IMAP Italy), Riccardo was Promoter for PolizzaLab, the main insurance online broker in Italy (2000-2001). Prior to that, in 2000 he was a Director of the corporate finance division of ING. From 1996-1999, he was the Director of the corporate finance division at PwC. Ricardo has also worked with Akros Finanziaria.
His practice areas are M&A, restructuring, private equity and valuations and he has extensive experience in the Manufacturing, Mechanical, Automotive and Consumer Goods sectors.
Riccardo has an MBA from INSEAD and a Degree in Economics for the University of Florence (Università degli Studi di Firenze).
