Pablo Teubal is a Founding Partner of FS Partners (IMAP Argentina). He has over 20 years of experience in finance in Latin America, as well as significant hands-on management experience. Pablo began his career at Chilgener Argentina (currently AES) in the business development sector. Following that, he spent 7 years with Compass, a Latin American Private Equity Fund, where he led the acquisition and consolidation of several records management companies in Argentina and neighboring countries and their sale to Iron Mountain Inc. In 2004, he took over Iron Mountain Argentina as the interim CEO, during a management turnaround. He has also been involved in the analysis and negotiation of acquisitions in Chile, Brazil, Mexico and Peru.

In 2005, Pablo founded FS Partners, an M&A firm focused in mid market companies. Among others he also served as a board member of Dominio del Plata (winery), Turismo Doss SA (Hotels), Iron Mountain South America (Information Management), Globant (Technology), Orishinal (Digital Marketing), Uncos (Agribusiness).  

FS Partners has closed deals across a variety of sectors, including outdoor advertising, information management systems, software development, industrials, pharmaceuticals and consumer goods. It also led the seed investment round in Globant (NYSE: GLOB), Latin America’s largest software development company.

Pablo holds an MBA with High Honors from Boston University and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Buenos Aires.
