Michal has over 25 years of experience in the field of investment management and investment banking. He started his career as an Equity Analyst, later worked in the Czech National Bank, headed a mid-sized asset management company with several funds, as well as founded and managed a security broker.

Michal has been a Partner at IMAP Redbaenk since 2007. During his career he has managed numerous M&A transactions across a wide range of sectors.

Michal has a Master’s Degree from Brno Technical University and a Bachelor’s Degree from the Faculty of Economics & Administration. He has been a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) since 2000 and a Financial Risk Manager (FRM) since 2005.charterholder.
