Bogdan is one of the most experienced investment bankers in Romania with over 20 years of experience in privatizations, mergers, acquisitions and capital markets. Bogdan began his career within BRD – Groupe Société Générale in 1997, being the director of the Corporate Finance department for over a decade. During this period, Bogdan has managed a large number of mergers and acquisitions, privatizations, capital market transactions, and bond issuing transactions.

Starting with June 2019, Bogdan is an independent and non-executive member of the SNTGN Transgaz SA board of directors, operator of natural gas distribution systems in Romania, and, starting with December 2015, he is an independent and non-executive member of Electrica SA board of directors.
