Beat is a highly experienced M&A lead advisor in the fields of selling and buying businesses as well as entrepreneurial successions and cooperarations. He has large experience in project leadership, negotiations, coaching and MBO transactions, both for mid sized companies and larger conglomerates. He has strong expertise in the industrial, service, health care and luxury goods sectors.

Previously, Beat worked for Ernst & Young, where he led the corporate finance team in Zurich as managing partner.

Beat is also an experienced member of board of directors.

Beat holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree from Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zurich) and a Master of Business Administration degree (M.B.A.) from the Haas School of Business of the University of California at Berkeley.
